Test Lime

The QC laboratory of Kimyagaran Drilling Fluids Company is ready to accept customer orders for laboratory testing of lime as follows:
Objective: To evaluate and control the quality of lime in terms of moisture content, pH, particle size distribution, and purity level based on the NISOC DRILL. SPEC standard.
Scope of Application: Used to increase pH in water-based muds and provide an alkaline environment in oil-based muds for the formation of calcium soap, which improves stability and forms a more stable emulsion. The typical usage is 0.5-1 pound per barrel in water-based muds and approximately 12 pounds per barrel for oil-based muds.
