The QC laboratory of Chemigran Drilling Fluids Company is ready to accept customer orders for laboratory testing of calcium oxide as follows:
Objective: To evaluate and control the quality of calcium oxide in terms of purity, particle size distribution, moisture content, and pH, based on the NISOC DRILL. SPEC standard.
Scope of Application: Calcium oxide is used to convert emulsifying agents into calcium-based soaps, which improves the physical properties of inverted emulsions (INVERTED EMULSION). When exposed to moisture, it becomes hydrated and is transformed into calcium hydroxide or LIME.
